WHAT'S CGB 

CGB is abbrevation of Ceramic Grinding Balls. It is made of high purity alumina.The alumina based products feature high temperature tolerance, hard wear resistance and high performance in ant-erosion . CGB is traditionally used in ceramic industry for body biscuit granule grinding and glaze process. according to the purity, it consists of 30%,50%,68%,75%,85%,90%,92%,95% and 99%.CBG CB also serve in petrochemical industry as catalyst bed, to help protect those catalysts thanks to their premlmum performance in high temperature tolerance and ant-erosion property.

+Shaping difference 

According to  the shaping method, there are 2 types of CGB. Normally ,diameter lower than 30mm are made of rolling method and above 30mm are made of isostatic press method

+Diameter difference 

CBG can be made from 3mm to 120mm in diameter all depending on the clients requirement.In ceramic industry, the most used diameters are : 20mm,25mm,30mm,40mm,45mm,50mm,60mm,70mm

At begming, CBG beads made by rolling method widely used in China's cement plants. However,a huge quantity of breakage occurred,which cause disasterous result.After 4. years test and experience, now It's commonly believed that Pressed CBG is the better solution.

In order to cater to the cement ball mill need, CGB beads with diameter smaller than 30mrn are made through press machine. The big difficult lies in the capacity. as compared with rolling method, the daily capacity of pressed CGB beads are just around 1/5 of big balls.
